That is considered a lot of food? People need to calm there asses if they think others need to starve themselves in order to lose weight.
if you don't eat as much save some for the next day, and if you prefer not to add any oil vegies can be saute'd or steamed plus if your not a fan of olive oil because sometime food tastes better with out the oil you can use coconut oil a healthier alternative.
YUMMY!! 🙂 Must make this!
your portions are too big and you use too much oil you should eat the shit everyone else eats. how are you so calm about your comments? id be so annoyed. good job btw lookd delicious xx
I'm about to serve this tonight

i have been building for 5 years, this video is awesome. You are pretty hardcore 🙂 good job. Screw what people are saying, they don't understand food because "you are not suppose to eat if you want to be healthy" their thoughts on dieting. This is a hardcore recipe. 🙂 yummy!!
The reason why it's called "low carb" is because it's "not" a diet, but with lots of vegetables and fruits…and lots of protein! low carbohydrates is a perfect combination food!

be careful about how much sodium you eat!
Nice vid simple and very easy… cut it all to your desirable size, mix all with herbs and season it. You can actually add anything you like and then put it in a oven, that's it!
Many people are just cooking food without knowing what's in it (vitamins & minerals that your body needed) unlike this vidz she knows what shes doing. For other people out there you should read the "Important Information About Healthy Diet Menu" Google it and read it before you proceed in cooking
My classmates laughed when I told them I would get rid of fat with "Swift Fat Loss", but then they saw the results. Google "Swift Fat Loss" to see their reaction.
Your nails are always so cute!
Have you every try putting Garlic in side?
Omg … You talk a lot

I enjoy cooking this way. Simple and healthy meals. Love your videos!
I eat just like you. I understand where you coming from I get asked my portion size on my low carb diet all the time….counting calories is not what i do if my diet is only meat, veggies, fruits.
This looks so good. I finally live in a house where I can have a bbq! Now, to get a bbq! (I've always lived in apartments until now)
There's such a difference between red, orange and yellow bell peppers and the green ones. The colorful ones are so much more flavorful and maybe a little sweeter than the green ones. Love that dish, fix it all the time.
exactly, in Morocco it's among the essential things to have in every kitchen !
The feta cheese with the vegetables looks great!
I was reluctant to watch this video because I'm not particularly fond of bell peppers, regardless of the color. But this just looks so absolutely tasty that I'm totally going to make it and give bell peppers a second chance!! 🙂 Love your recipe ideas btw.
love it thank you for sharing !!!
You're so multi-talented 😀

Great recipe. Thank you.
Thank you so much for these videos!!! I have have been eating healthy for a year and a half now and sometimes it's hard trying to find new recipes!!! And everything you have made so far is amazing!!! Keep them coming! And forget the haters! :)
I'm sorry you felt you had to disable comments for your previous video FitChat: Homemade Salad Dressing + Healthy Dinner Recipe. I suspect it was bc of the choice of meat. While I don't eat red meat and the only meat I do eat is seafood, I think it's a pity that people are so self absorbed and narrow minded that they can't respect diff cultures and preferences. I wish I would've found this channel sooner. I know you back from specktra days. Love your makeup and food channels! LOOKING GOOD GIRL!
those portions are nowhere near large! and if people did some research, they'd find they have much more freedom to eat more foods when you're cutting out all those processed carbs, and sticking to veggies and meat, and occasional fruits. when you eat only real food, you can eat what you want!
This looks so awesome! Going to try this week!
pretty sure you grilled those chicken breasts because you sure didn't bbq it!
do u know how many calories u intake generally? I eat quite similar, but i eat little to no cheese, but i do buy low fat calorie friendly yogurt. Mostly i eat lows of veggies and lean chicken. No breads, pasta's or rices. I try to stay in 1300 until i reach my goal weight. I've lost 45 pounds already! Love this channel!!!
That's true. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the healthiest oil you can use. It's way healthier than kanola, sunflower or vegetable oil because it's the only oil that contains a property that gets rid of cholesterol in your blood and helps unblock your arteries. So USE THIS!!!
I just made this tonight and loved it!! Thanks for the video! 🙂
For anyone who wants to know: 200C is 392F.
I did my veggies at 325 for 25 minuets, flipping them at each 10 minuet mark and they came out tasty. Hopefully that'll help someone :)
